Welcome to Birdie Bound Trackman Simulator! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our facilities and services. Do not continue to use Birdie Bound Trackman Simulator if you do not accept all the terms and conditions stated on this page.

General
1.1Introduction:These terms and conditions govern the use of Birdie Bound and all services provided within the facility.
1.2Responsible Use:Patrons are expected to use the facility and equipment responsibly, following all safety guidelines provided.
1.3Acceptance:By booking a session or purchasing a membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.

Booking and Reservations
2.1Booking Process:Bookings can be made online through our website, the Trackman App, or directly through YGB (yourgolfbooking.com). All options route to the same booking software. Make sure your email is accurate on your YGB profile, as your confirmation and door access code are sent there.
2.2Payment:Full payment is required at the time of booking. Only one card can be active per booking — split payments are not permitted.
2.3Advance Booking:Customers can pre-book bays and times online up to 14 days in advance. Sessions can be booked in 30-minute increments up to 4 hours.
2.4Cancellations:Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will receive a credit applied to the account for a future booking — no cash refunds will apply.
2.5Gift Cards:Gift card balances cannot be applied toward monthly memberships. Gift cards may be used for bay bookings and other eligible purchases.
2.6Management Rights:The management reserves the right to revoke any booking or refuse entry.

Memberships
3.1Membership Tiers:Birdie Bound offers five membership tiers: Hole in One ($1,200/year), Albatross ($300/month — shared 2-person), Eagle ($240/month), Birdie ($160/month), and Par ($15/month). Each tier offers different access levels and perks. Memberships are intended for individual use only unless otherwise stated.
3.2Hole in One — No Refund:The Hole in One membership is paid in full at the time of purchase ($1,200/year). Once payment has been made, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
3.3Monthly Membership Cancellation:Members on monthly recurring memberships (Albatross, Eagle, Birdie, Par) must contact Birdie Bound directly prior to their monthly withdrawal date to cancel. Once a monthly payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.
3.4Gift Cards and Memberships:Gift card balances cannot be applied toward any monthly membership tier. Memberships must be paid by credit or debit card on file.
3.5Guest Fees:Eagle and Birdie members may bring guests at a rate of $25 per person per session. If all golfers in the bay hold a Hole in One, Eagle, or Birdie membership, no guest fee is required. Hole in One and Albatross members may not bring additional guests during their session.
3.6Access Codes:Members receive a unique access code for keypad entry. Access codes are emailed upon booking and are active 15 minutes before the session start time. Access codes are non-transferable and must not be shared.
3.7Single Payment Method:Only one card can be active for monthly membership withdrawal. Split payments across multiple cards are not permitted.

Guest and Youth Rates
4.1Guest Rate:The standard guest rate is $40/HR. Sessions can be booked in 30-minute increments up to 4 hours.
4.2Youth Rate:Golfers under the age of 14 qualify for the youth rate of $30/HR. Youth golfers must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Equipment Use
5.1Trackman Simulators:Patrons are responsible for using the Trackman simulators in a safe and respectful manner. Any damage caused due to misuse will be the responsibility of the patron.
5.2Footwear:Only clean non-marking indoor sports shoes are permitted. Golf shoes are permitted within each bay unless they are metal spiked.
5.3Club Use:Patrons may bring their own clubs — please ensure that clubs are clean and free of dirt before arrival. You may also use your own ball if it is clean and free of any sharpie or pen marks.
5.4Provided Equipment:Birdie Bound provides golf balls and tees in each bay. Removing golf balls or tees from the site is strictly forbidden. Anyone caught will be prosecuted and any account credit removed or forfeited.

Conduct and Safety
6.1Safety Briefing:First-time patrons are encouraged to book during facility hours so staff can walk them through the Trackman software and bay safety guidelines.
6.2Alcohol:All alcohol consumed on the premises must be purchased from Birdie Bound. No outside alcohol is permitted. Patrons must be of legal drinking age to purchase or consume alcohol.
6.3Drugs:Any form of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises.
6.4No Smoking:Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere within the facility.
6.5Minors:Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
6.6Swing Safety:Extra care must be taken when swinging golf clubs to safeguard against injury: practice swings within the bay on the golf mat only; only one person should be swinging at any one time; be mindful of structural posts, bay dividers, and Trackman screens within the bay.
6.7Removal from Premises:Management reserves the right to ask any patron who is not following these rules to leave the premises. Patrons who refuse will be escorted off-site. No refund will be issued in cases of removal due to rule violations.

Club Fitting
7.1Fitting Process:Club fittings are conducted using Trackman iO simulator technology. To book a fitting, reserve a bay through the standard booking process and note "Club Fitting" in your booking.
7.2Session Cost Deduction:If a club purchase is made following a fitting session, the cost of the bay session will be deducted from the total purchase price.
7.3Available Brands:Birdie Bound currently offers fittings for PING (right-hand only), Srixon, and Cleveland clubs.
7.4No Purchase Required:Patrons are under no obligation to purchase clubs following a fitting session. Standard bay rates apply regardless of purchase outcome.

Liability
8.1Liability Waiver:Patrons acknowledge that they are participating in activities at their own risk and release Birdie Bound Trackman Simulator from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during their visit.
8.2Property Damage:Patrons are liable for any damage caused to Birdie Bound property, equipment, or simulators as a result of misuse or negligence.
8.3Insurance:We recommend that patrons have their own personal liability insurance.

Hire Clubs
9.1Responsibility:Customers who hire clubs from Birdie Bound take full responsibility for any and all damages that occur while in their use.
9.2Damage Costs:Customers will be required to pay for the cost to repair or replace hire clubs that were damaged in their possession.
9.3Liability:Birdie Bound does not take any responsibility for harm caused by the improper use of hire clubs.

Privacy Policy
10.1Data Collection:We may collect personal information including name, email address, and payment details for booking and membership purposes. We will not share or sell this information to third parties.
10.2Marketing:By creating an account or booking a session, you may receive occasional promotional communications from Birdie Bound. You may opt out at any time.
10.3Security:We take reasonable measures to secure your personal information and ensure it is not misused.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
11.1Amendments:Birdie Bound Trackman Simulator reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the facility following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.
