BIRDIE BOUND TRACKMAN SIMULATOR - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Birdie Bound Trackman Simulator! These terms and conditions outline the rules

and regulations for the use of our facilities and services.

By using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Birdie Bound Trackman Simulator if you do not accept all the terms and conditions stated on this page.

**1. General**

1.1. Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the use of Birdie Bound and all services provided within the facility.

1.2. Responsible Use: Patrons are expected to use the facility and equipment

responsibly, following all safety guidelines provided.

**2. Booking and Reservations**

2.1. Booking Process: Bookings can be made online through our website, mobile app, or

in-person at the facility.

2.2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

2.3. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in

advance for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24

hours of the booking. Cancellations of bookings made within 24 hours, a credit will be applied to the account to be used for a future booking, no refunds will apply.

2.4. Customers can pre book bays and times online up to 14 days in advance.

2.5. The management reserves the right to revoke any booking or refuse entry.

**3. Equipment Use**

3.1. Trackman Simulators: Patrons are responsible for using the Trackman simulators in

a safe and respectful manner. Any damage caused due to misuse will be the

responsibility of the patron.

3.2. Footwear: Only clean non-marking indoor sports shoes are permitted. Golf shoes are permitted within each bay unless they are metal spiked.

3.3. Club Use: Patrons may bring their own clubs, please ensure that the clubs are clean

and free of dirt, you may also use your own ball if it is clean and free of any sharpie marks.

**4. Conduct and Safety**

4.1. Safety Briefing: Patrons are required to attend a safety briefing before using the 

Trackman simulators.

4.2. Alcohol and Drugs: The consumption of alcohol must be purchased from Birdie Bound,

no outside alcohol is permitted, any form of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

4.3. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the facility.

4.4. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

4.5. Extra care must be taken when swinging golf clubs to safeguard injury, specifically:

* Practice swing within the bay on the golf mat only * One person within a bay at any one time

* Be mindful of structural posts, bay dividers and top tracer screens within the bay.

4.6. Removing golf balls or tees from the site is strictly forbidden, anyone caught will be prosecuted and any credit removed/lost.

4.7. Management reserves the right to ask customers who are not following the rules to leave and will be escorted off the premises if they are not following the outlined rules.

**5. Liability**

5.1. Liability Waiver: Patrons acknowledge that they are participating in activities at their

own risk and release Golf Indoor Trackman Simulator from any liability for injuries

or damages incurred during their visit.

5.2. Insurance: We recommend that patrons have their own personal liability insurance.

**6. Privacy Policy**

6.1. Data Collection: We may collect personal information for booking and marketing

purposes. We will not share or sell this information to third parties.

6.2. Security: We take measures to secure your personal information and ensure it is not

misused.

**7. Hire Clubs**

7.1. Customers who hire clubs from Birdie Bound take full responsibility for any and all damages that occur while in their use.

7.2. Customers will be required to pay for the cost to repair or replace hire clubs that were damaged in their possession.

7.3. Birdie Bound does not take any responsibility for harm caused by the improper use of hire clubs.

**8. Changes to Terms and Conditions**

8.1. Amendments: Golf Indoor Trackman Simulator reserves the right to amend

these terms and conditions at any time. Patrons will be notified of any changes.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and

conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do

not use our services.
