Birdie Bound recommends your first booking to be during facility hours. That way we can provide a rundown on how to navigate through the Trackman software. Prior to your booking think of what activities you want to accomplish; Are you here to practice or play? Lastly, show up 5-10 minutes prior to warm up. Don't worry you'll be a pro in no time! 

There are several ways to book a session with Birdie Bound. You can book through the Trackman App, Our Website, or through yourgolfbooking.com. Our booking software is through Your Golf Booking and you'll be directed to the correct spot regardless which one you choose. Once you proceed to book, you will see a layout of the Birdie Bound facility. You can either choose which bay you want or book by certain time. Bookings are in 1 HR increments. Please make sure your email is accurate on your YGB profile. You will be sent a conformation email each booking with pertinent information, including door pin access. 

A single golfer can get through a warm up and 18 holes in 1 hour. 2 golfers will need 2 hours and so on. Number of golfers equal the number of hours you'll need to book. 4 is the max. Once a golfer becomes more efficient with using the software the more they'll accomplish during their session. Birdie Bound recommends using the Trackman app to pre plan their activity ahead of time. That way when once you log in you can hit the ball running! (See what I did there) 

Latest booking Monday thru Saturday will be at 8:00pm; 6:00pm on Sundays. The last booking can be multiple golfers, which means the facility will remain open until the final booking is finished with their allotted session. For example, if a group of 4 golfers books the 8:00pm tee time on Saturday night. Their session wouldn't end until 12 midnight since the number of golfers is equal too the number hours booked. Plus nothing ever good happens past midnight! Your golf swing is one of them. 

Birdie Bound will have golf balls and tees in each bay. You will want to bring your own golf clubs, shoes (athletic or golf), and gloves. In the future, we do plan on offering club rentals. Stay Tuned!

Now that isn't a guarantee, however it is a requirement at Birdie Bound. All clubs, balls, golf shoes (No Metal Spikes Allowed) must be clean prior to use. This is to ensure the hitting mats and white screens stay clean. Golf Balls must be clean of any sharpie or pen marks. 

Once you book on YGB, you will receive an email confirming your booking. On that conformation email you will be sent an access code. Enter this key code at entrance keypad and press enter. The door will unlock and you're in! 

Trackman handicap will apply during league nights. Individual scoring will be stroke play net Stableford; Team will be Scramble net Stableford. Each round will be tallied with the scores rolling into the next week. Leaderboards will be posted so you can see where you rank. Putting will be set to Auto-Fixed; 1 putt inside 10', 2 putt inside 65', 3 putt outside 65'.

Trackman offers weekly/monthly tourneys! Test your skills and compete with the global Trackman community. Trackman handicap will apply. Choose the tourney that best fits your style and get after it! 

Alcohol will only be sold during Facility Hours. Outside alcohol is not permitted at Birdie Bound. We will have draft beer on tap and popular domestics available. If the owner is working behind the counter, don't worry you don't have to tip him!   

Golfers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Trackman offers various golf games that are fun and interactive! Even Dad will enjoy them. Youth rate will apply ($25 per hr). Birdie Bound will offer family night packages during spring and summer months. We will offer youth club rentals in the near future.
